At the white table will be a 2008 Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, rated 91 points.  Fragrant and complex, with a refreshing burst of lime, guava, grapefruit and grass flavors. Wet stone, passion fruit and oyster shell accents add interest, with bright acidity highlighting the vivid finish.  Picked wine #40 out of top 100 for 2008.

At the red table is another 91 point wine.  The 2006 Perrin & Fils Vinsobres Les Cornuds.  A ripe, rich and racy Rhône red, with an ample core of black currant, fig paste, hoisin sauce and graphite flavors backed by dark coffee, mesquite and mineral notes on the long, structured finish. Impressive. At its peak now through 2011.

The third table will be a collage of wines for people who want to try a variety of wines from both private cellars and local wine shops.
